Shipping Methods & Charges

We offer the following methods of shipping within US

  • Economy Shipping (delivery in 6-12 business days)
  • UPS and US Postal Service - Ground (3-7 business days)
Economy Shipping

Economy shipping is our best method for sending your order to you. Orders that ship Economy will arrive by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service in 6 to 12 business days. Your order may also arrive by both methods in separate packages.  If you choose Economy shipping, please provide an address that accepts UPS and USPS deliveries.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
 
How to place an Order 

Add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button on the product page next to the quantity you are wishing to purchase.  After you have added an item to your cart you may select Proceed to Checkout or continue shopping. Once you have completed shopping select Proceed to Checkout.    

Step 1: Account Details 

At Step 1: Account Details, you are given the option to Checkout as a guest or to Register an account.  Registering an account will allow you to establish a user name and password enabling faster checkout, or to track the status of your order and more.  When registering an account, we will not store your credit or debit card information only contact information and shipping address.  You can also checkout as a guest.  Select the option you would like and click continue.

Step 2: Billing Details 

Please fill in all of the necessary fields that are highlighted with an * for the Billing Details.  Click on Bill & Ship to this Address to continue.  If your purchase will be shipped to a different address un-check the box I also want to ship to this address and click on the Bill to this address option. 

Step 3: Shipping Details 

If your billing and shipping address is the same proceed to Step 4: Shipping Method.  If necessary, fill in the address where you would like your order to be shipped. 

Step 4: Shipping Method 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may also appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please note that some items may be offered with free shipping.  Items that qualify for free shipping will ship thru UPS or USPS at our discretion.

Step 5: Order Confirmation

  • Please review the contents of your order and then choose how you'd like to pay for your order.
  • Once you have confirmed that your order is correct select from the prompts below. 

How Would You Like to Pay?

  • Pay with Credit Card  (Select this option to pay for your purchases with a credit or debit cards)
  • Pay in Store (use this option to pay for your purchases with cash, personal or business check.  *Please note that this option is for local curbside pickup only.)

Select the method of payment and click on the Proceed to Payment button.

You will then be taken to a secure PayPal link where you can pay with your credit or debit cards.  At present we are a small company and do not have the capabilities to process a credit card payment over the phone.  All of our credit and debit card transactions are processed through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order.

Once paid your order will be processed and usually is shipped or delivered locally with 24 - 36 hours from the time of purchase.

Return Policy 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the items purchased. You will be responsible for shipping charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
